26" non-suspension-adjusted fork option

Besides the Dimension or Sunlite chromo forks, are there any options for a 1" steerer, non-suspension adjusted (400mm axle-crown or less), non-disc forks? I thought Spicer made one but I don't see it on their site anymore.

Soma and Surly make 26" non-disk forks, but I'm not sure if the steerer on each one is 1" or 1 1/8".

What's your budget?

Vicious Cycles makes an off the peg $275 1" steerer fork, but it's 413 A-C. Wouldn't rake out your bike a ton, but you might notice it the first few times you ride.
413 mm standard steerer *rim brake mounts only
a 1" steerer
b 413mm (16.25") length
c 38mm rake
true temper oversize uni-crown blades
straight blade fork
Vicious Cycles - Forks
Any interest in going custom?

Surly for certain only offers 1 1/8in and the axle to crown is too tall. Around 425mm, iirc. Great, actually, if you're coming from a bike with an old sus's fork with only70-80mm of travel

99% sure you're gonna have to trawl ebay for a fork. I've seen what you're looking for there quite frequently, though

I'd be checking the local co-op to see what stripped ATB frames they have.

Looks like OP asked for 1" and there really isn't anything out there anymore. Bikeman.com used to carry Kona P2 along with their Carver ones, but I don't think I've seen 1" in stock for a long time. Used may be the best option.

There's a Canadian guy on ebay with several decent 1" forks. Name pacificrocky and the pricing seems tough but fair. Not affiliated.

That Dimension fork looks exactly like the one on my Diamondback. Wonder if it's the same factory that cranked out all those OEM forks back in the day.
