Interesting take on repairing an aluminum frame, not no attempt to align the loose tube, it's just "pinned" for lack of a better word.

Seller does say "it just needs to be put back together"

This is a project late 70's early 80's VITUS French racing bike. The wheels do not go to this bike but this is one of the first all aluminum racing bikes they built when road racing got real popular back in the 70's & 80's. It has both derailers shifters pedals. Just needs to be put back together. $200.00

Jokes aside, probably half of the good deals on Bianchis I have posted in the "Craigslist, Are you looking?" section were mis-spelled in the ad, seems to help the deal. My favorite recent one was "Banshee"

Those aren’t “tandems”. They are triples, quads, quints, etc. One of my local bike shops has a sextuplet (if I recall correctly) over the front door of the store. Quads and quints were prevalent in the very early 1900 and very late 1800s before motorcycles came along. They were used on tracks for pacing which is what drove a lot of the development of motorcycles.

I just don't know what more to say about this ad. I don't think the seller left anything out.
I pasted the text body of the ad for posterity.

This "journey" started with a Specialized Hot Rock Aluminum Alloy 20 Mountain Bike (which retailed for about $400 plus tax and/or shipping, depending on where one bought it from). I bought this bike for my daughter (a 9-year old) to accompany me in our family rides around Middlesex Fells, outside Boston. Getting this bike to start with was tough as my daughter insisted that the bike needed to be pink (and no other colors were acceptable)! At any rate, in the process the Hot Rock was upgraded with top-notch components (e.g. high-end Shimano drivetrain and brakes), which allowed my daughter to keep up with the "grown ups" in our rides. Selling because my daughter outgrew the bike (she's now moving on to a 24" wheel-size one).
Here's Specialized's description of the Hot Rock and the details of all the upgrades:

Shift housings/casings replaced with Shimano OP-SP41 pre-lubricated shifter housings/casings. Shift cables replaced with teflon coated stainless-steel shifter cables. Brake housings replaced with Shimano M-System pre-lubricated brake housing/casing. Brake cables replaced with teflon coated stainles s-steel brake cables. Cost: $78 plus labor.
- Rear derailleur: Replaced with Shimano Altus. Cost: $58 plus labor.
- Cassette: Replaced with Shimano MF-TZ500-7, Multiple Freewheel - HYPERGLIDE - 3x7-speed, which features a MEGARANGE 14-28T and 14-34T range (excellent for kids to keep up with adults when riding together!). Cost: $57 plus labor.
- Chain: Replaced with Shimano HG-40 6/7/8-Speed Chain. Cost: $19 plus labor.
- Saddle: Replaced with Serfas, Reactive Gel (female-specific) saddle. Cost: $49 plus labor.
- Brake set: Shimano v-brake. Replaced brake levers with Shimano Servo-Wave Action (high-end, adjustable) levers. Also replaced brake pads with Shimano Deore M70T3, and replaced housings and cables as outlined above. Cost: $68 plus labor.
