1963 Rene Herse Tandem
What would be the guess for the value of a 1963 Rene Herse tandem, repainted in 1975. Here is the configuration:25” front, 23” rear

really difficult. Replacement fork- big minus.
BIG front and back... Small market for a pair to fit.

More than the Replacement fork which seems good to me very well done semi custom work is just the huge size of the bike 25 front 23 rear. So the market for the bike is limited add in the dull boring plain white repaint and you have a very hard sell. While one could argue all day that this is a special bike and worth more IMHO it is really only $300-400 bike that may not even sell at this price in a lot of markets. There is a very good chance one could scrap this bike and sell the parts for this if there welling to do a bit of work for 2x the whole bike price maybe a bit more.

Fork by Rodriguez? Haven’t seen this tandem on Seattle Craig’s.
Pricing is tough.
Herse makes it valuable. Everything else works against that.
