El Camino Disk Brakes

The rear brake on my 2005 Jamis Dakar XLT 1.0 I currently cannot bleed. The brake is a Hayes El Camino. I noticed the last time I tried bubbles were coming out at the caliper. Pretty much the caliper is leaking.

I'd like to fix this as cheaply as possible. Ideally, I would rebuild it, but I can't seem to find the proper rebuild kit. So that leaves me with replacement.

What are the things I need to know to pick out replacement options, Bolt mounting spacing? Rotor diameter?

Does anyone know where I might find a rebuild kit? What are my options for a cheap hydrualic replacement?

I'm plenty handy and should be able to fix whatever, just mountain bike stupid.
