Today a pile of 50 x 3.22m (130") cables from an eBay seller, for those times when you just need a ridiculously long shift cable (standard 2m / 78" cable shown alongside for comparison):
I think I may now be ready for an impending onslaught of 3-seat tallbike cruisers desperately seeking rear shift cables.

Today was a nice day for MH! A stash of small parts from Harry Havnoonian to restock the Campy stash here in the shop. Interesting that he has taken the time to get to know me and has sent a few personal notes. It seems that the builders and workers from the 1970's seem to have a bond concerning steel bike frames. I shall follow up with a few letters to him that speak toward that bond. Pics:
A whole bunch of Campy small parts that all came in today. Much needed for some harder to find parts that are being depleted.
And a hand written note from Harry about the Indiana connection.
Again a good day for me! Smiles, MH

Bits for the Paramount. A set of old logo Giro d’Italia bars and a drop bolt that has its own thread.

Those are tough to find greater than 40. I have a set of the Campione in 40 as well.
i can only do 42 or 44. Feel scrunched a bit otherwise.

Quiver…
I have bought these over the years. First one did not have keys, but worked well with firearm contents that didn’t need to be locked up.
I sometimes used it instead of the range bag…travels better than the soft sided duffle type range bag…
This recent purchase was shipped without the keys, but seller says he has them and will send them asap…
This one needs to lock for trips to the range with an assortment of pistols and magazines.
I have purchased large sheets of closed cell foam to cut out to accommodate the various, but similar shaped pistols and magazines…
Fingers crossed on getting
Twins!
…to get the idea of scale…
Keys were taken out before shipping for some reason and the inevitable happened! Just there to keep the honest people out!
I guess like a bow ‘n arrow quiver…
the keys!

Well.....got in a few needed things this week. Got in another used Fizik Chameleon Kurve saddle as my butt loves them best. I also spent the money for a FSA C.F. seatpost for the newly built up Kestrel. Everything I read on those says the seatpost should be cut to bottom out inside to prevent possible cracking the frame. I messed up on the measurement when I cut the Bontrager seat post I've got on it. So I got the FSA in to cut to proper size and use. Plus the matte black of the Bontrager was clashing with the gloss black paint on the frames.
Then....I spent the most ever to get in a new set of Campagnolo Bora Ultra 35 wheels. Got them discounted from someone who never used them. The plan was to put them on the C40 but now I second guessing taking the gold Shamal's off of that one. I love how it looks and feels on the road.
I also got in some new bottle cages and bar tape for the old Merlin. I had foolishly gone with some different cheap Amazon sourced alloy cages that don't hold well and one didn't even match up to the mounting holes properly. Lesson learned.

I think I'd heard that. Not gonna follow that trend. I'm a tall guy and I can distinctly remember the difference I felt breathing when I finally switched from stock bars (probably 38s) to 42s back in the day.

Got these three home today - from a local (Sweden) seller. Really happy to find a NOS Cinelli 1R, an early 3ttt Record and a SR Royal NRY-SL (milled on both sides and on top). For the equivalent of a 100 US. Happy days!

Those 3t are my favorite stem of all time, one of the first high end components I ever bought to get a too small bike longer back in high school.
