Torque Specifications For Ultegra FC-6800
Back in December my smaller chainring bent due to one of the four bolts that hold it in place coming out. My LBS was able to fix it for me. But I put quite a few miles on the bike since then, and I would like to check and make sure all the bolts were nice and tight before a big ride on Saturday.
I called my LBS to get the torque specifications, I got voicemail, left a message but it is a small shop and they haven't been able to get back to me. I looked on Shimano those website, we could not find the specifications anywhere. Does Shimano publish that information? If so where can I find it? If not, do any of you have access to that information?
The crank is the Shimano Ultegra FC-6800, the one with only four bolts holding the two chain rings on.

The T30 chainring bolts are 12-16NM of torque.
The two 5mm Allen bolts for left crank arm is 12-14NM of torque.
If the bolts are applied "wet" (with anti-seize/grease), stay to the lower side of that range.

Might I ask were you got the info from? I ask because in the future I would like to know where to find this info for myself.

Go to the Shimano Dealer's Manual/User's Manual Jamminatrix linked to and choose the Ultegra link. Find FC-6800 and click on the "DM" (Dealers Manual) link which will download a .pdf file. The left crank arm bolt torque spec is on page 13 and the chainring bolt torque spec is on page 14.
