Since I mostly ride onroad I switched over from a mountain to a road bike recently. Since the switch I have gotten some lower back pain while riding. I'm guessing it's from being more huntched over on the road bike. I used the Fit Calculator and I'm pretty sure the bike is setup right. I think I need to stretch more before my rides but how should I stretch? What kind of stretching do you do before a ride and how long do you stretch?

I've read somewhere that stretching cold muscles doesn't do any good. Still, I feel better when I stretch before a ride. I try to hold each stretch for at least 20-30 seconds. I always make sure to stretch after a ride.
I had some lower back pain when I switched to a new road bike last winter. I think it started because the bars are lower than my old bike. A couple weeks of more situps solved the problem for me.
