Need a new helmet, nows the time!

Rudy Project is having an insane inventory clearance sale. 75% off a bunch of their 2010 models. $200 helmets for $50, etc. I wear their stuff and love it so I thought I'd pass it on.

Do their helmets fit round or oblong heads? For comparison, Giro seems to fit the former and Bell the latter. Or do I have that backwards.

Ive tried every helmet n my local "Target" and not one of them is big enough for my british head. Why "Target" ? Because Ican try the helmet on without being self-concious of the "help" snickering

Are any of the helmets on sale for the "bigger-headed gentleman"

I think if the "help" in a shop start snickering at me, trying on helmets they are likely to get one up side the head. Then again, I don't have a British head, I have a German one....

I have a Scottish head, and a new Specialized Max fits perfect.

i posted this deal earlier in another thread (and on another forum).

i have an older Aryon model.
it's the only helmet i own, so i can't compare it to how others fit. i wear a 7 1/2" baseball hat, and it's a little tight. my size for the rudy projects are a Large.

Hard to say what will fit a person, but Rudy seems to have a good return policy and Ive used their customer service several times.
