I hear you. also, the roms are less known bc they have never been a popular retro. people still wear the lavers and stans.

Cool. Make the drive to Coppi and I will buy you a beer and show you my Puma Touring. Horrible shoes, but they look good.😀

I’m not a sneaker guy, but I’ve never even heard of roms. Good looking though!!

Extremely tempted by these, but the adidas shoes I like never fit well 😩

I do best with Saucony.

main reason I know about ROMs is in 1980 an older kid across the alley wore adidas. his parents were born in germany (dad's name Adolf, coincidentally)

before joining bikeforums i spent time on a sneaker forum and acquired an abundance of mostly useless knowledge. one thing I did learn is retro-releases often are subpar to the original...utilizing cheaper materials etc. it varies a lot. so if you get the colnagos make sure they're returnable.

Also, adidas released a jam master jay tribute superstar after he was murdered. Unobtanium but doesnt matter bc like you the adidas shoes I like never fit well.

That Tommy Boy records sweatshirt posted earlier is pretty incredible too. completely forgot about that label.

It was a great label in the 80's. Our distribution company carried their Tommy Boy Gear brand for a while and we handled jackets, hats, hoodies etc.

I still have way too many "band" jackets and t-shirts given as promo items bitd.

Fun to see our kids in Black Flag, Oasis and New Order t's.
