1953 Raleigh Superbe Sports Tourist Ladies' Frameset - Model 24L - rough
This is a surface-rusty 1953 Raleigh Superbe Sports Tourist ladies' frameset (Model 24L), with original locking fork (no key), fenders, bottom bracket cups and spindle, and headset (minus lamp bracket). Can include a 1970's era Raleigh crankset too.
Despite the cosmetics, this thing is solid. No major apparent frame damage, though the left rear dropout could use a light straightening, and someone ran an old self-tapping screw through the right dropout eyelet, gacking its threads. I have M5 bolts installed on both sides now.
No other bits - I bought this thing specifically to tear apart for my own Superbe and a few other projects. And yes, this is a green Superbe; photos look black.
$30 plus whatever it costs to ship this monstrosity to you.
