"Aero Belly" Proven to Work!
As the years from the agreed-upon C&V era progress, the tubes of bikes get larger in diameter in concurrence with, uh, many of our physiques, and we seem to like neither! Well, here is some respite from the potential self-loathing or self-surrender to the seeming inevitable: a "more established" waist line has aerodynamic benefits at speed, and if one wants to truly extrapolate this, it means that basically we are as fast now as we were when we were thinner. 
Time for a beer and a burger? Yes, please.

The UCI have banned doodads mounted on the abdomen. I wonder if they'll ban yoga masters of abdominal diaphragm breathing -- those guys who can puff out their skinny bellies like bullfrog throats.
