ATB Rigid fork with discs?
I'm looking for someone who makes a 413 mm rigid fork with a 1" steerer and disc brake mounts. It's for a '93 stumpjumper that is currently undergoing massive changes.
Anybody heard of anyone who makes these? My lbs said you have to get them custom made, but I have trouble believe that there isn't someone out there making them.
Lemme know,

You might try Kelly bikes or Independent Fabrications.

Thanks for the ideas.
Just heard back from Independent Fabrications...365$ for them to make it. A bit too pricey for me.

Try an option on this site, e.g.
https://www.webcyclery.com/
Not sure if they are 1", but they have a few options and manufacturers
AEbike.com seems to have tons of stuff too.

i believe dimension makes one, but qbp catalog does not indicate one in stock
their 1.125" steerer mtb model has an a-c distance of 410mm.
the cyclocross model is shorter - 399mm and would not accommodate as wide a tire, but its available
i dont think 14mm is going to be a drastic handling change...

I hate to say it, but I don't think you're going to find a 1" mountain fork with disc tabs. Most manufacturers had switched to 1.125" prior to disc brakes being popular.
IF makes nice stuff, but in my opinion, they are a bit overpriced. There are a bunch of custom builders that can build you a nice, functional custom fork that will ride better than your stock Stumpy fork for $150-225, and most of them will look just as nice as the IF stuff. IF's cool factor has gotten high enough that they can charge a premium. For $365, it had better be segmented and have something stainless on it.
Try:
www.rocklobstercycles.com ($195)
www.badgercycles.com ($200 w/o frame)
www.tetcycles.com ($175 w/o frame)
All three are just as qualified as IF, and cheaper.
Another option would be to buy a stock Dimension 1" fork and have a frame builder weld disc tabs onto it. They may or may not go for that, b/c you can't guarantee the left leg is set up for the braking forces at that point, but they may do it for $40.
