It's hard to provide anything concrete based on the limited information and no pictures. Falcon is a Taiwanese brand that started appearing in the 1990s and typically found on department store bicycles, However, in this case it is likely an aftermarket replacement. The SunTour Spirt derailleur is more likely to be OEM and was generally paired with a SunTour Honor rear derailleur. Both were entry level models and very common on low end bicycles, primarily those manufactured in Japan, during the early to mid 1970s. It doesn't sound like you have anything special.

It has all the traits of an entry level model; steel cottered crankset, brake safety levers, stem mounted shift levers, steel rims, stamped dropouts, etc. It looks like it might be newer than original guestimate. This looks more very late 1970s to very early 1980s. Based on the level and condition, I'd say it has very little value. Picture assist...

I appreciate your help mate, so what am i looking at $50? Haha
I thought it was a good quality bicycle when i saw it as its got barely any rust, All surface rust on the rims and components, the frame has almost 0 rust, mind you everything works as it should surpirisingly which is superb

You would be very fortunate to get $50. Around here, it would be about $5. Typical private label bike, made by a manufacturer on a contract basis, then decals added to make it a "spectre." Frame may have no rust, but everything else is rusty.

Likely produced by one of the large Formosan manufacturers such as Giant or Merida. Readers would need some detail images and information on serial number placement & format to give more information.

There was a big electronics store in my area at this time which gave away one of these bikes with every sale.

Yes, I believe they used used to give away one of these with every pair of Vibratone 250 loudspeakers sold at Del's Stereo & Sound, in Cincinnati.

Seriously, even though the S/N imprint is only partial, there's enough to tell it's not Giant or Merida.

Surely you jest! I think in australia it would fetch more then $5 haha.
I see so it was basically given for free when you bought the speakers, oh well i guess i will restore it and use it then, Not worth selling
Thanks guys
