Steepest climbs in Madison/Dane County

I'm looking for the steepest climbs in Dane County. I think the two back roads leading up to Blue Mound State Park are close to 11.5%.

Is there anything steeper around? I read of people in other subforums grinding up 18% grades and I cannot fathom what that's like.

I did this once, and for the Madison area, it was about as tough as I ever saw.

I haven't been there in a while, but when I lived there the steepest ones I regularly encountered were Barlow and Suttcliff.

Barlow road: out of Cross Plains to Garfoot, Observatory and then Right on Barlow up to Mineral Point Rd. Hated that one.
Sutcliff: Near Black Earth, from FF to F.

They probably aren't the steepest, but they are ones I still remember after moving away 6 years ago.
