Oof. Pulled groins can be rough. I pulled mine when I was in college. I was on crutches for a week. I couldn't put any weight on my leg. When I did, it felt like I was getting kicked in the crotch.

Not exactly a race, but I did a local large charity century ride last Saturday where they brought in Levi Leipheimer as the special guest. Surprisingly after about 30 miles he picked up the pace and by mile 50 there were only three of us left with him. Really cool guy and definitely still very strong. Pic by Al Wagner.

This one is from Wednesday's Music City crits - Cat 1/2/3 race. Finished 9th overall and second in the 3s. First top ten against 1s and 2s. Photo by Chris Korbey.

Ugh. The report was bad enough but the pic looks worse. Your legs look tan and great even in the crash pic.

CCCX 1/2/3's - this is the winning break.

That's not me off the front of it, or even in the break... I'm one of the tiny smudges off the back of it!! They were still mad at me for not helping chase down my own teammate, so were gapping/attacking me and another guy.

Guy off the front even brake-checked us at one point! Sent other guy into the gravel.

But he & I worked together and caught up.

Here I am making my "this isn't the fun part of racing" face:

you probably already know, but a fitter would fit to the long leg and shim the shorter one. I guess if it's not a problem there's no need to worry about it!

Otherwise looking good, except for the hairy legs.

Yeah I had a shim on the shorter leg this season but the last race it was just bugging me so I took it off for this race and it feels better now.

The easy way to tell us apart is his legs are super tan.

I still have a lot of work to do in that department!

Probably 60 seconds for 40km. Close to the "6 on the Chewbacca scale" per the Specialized video.

Super tan and utterly devoid of any muscle definition! Plastic barbie-smooth legs!

I see 5 watts worth of hair on the arms and 1 to 2 watts on the chin. I do not care what the Specialized wind tunnel says about facial hair.
