Hydraulic Brake Hose Fitment?

Interested in seeing photos of how hydraulic brake hose routed to the rear wheel, past captain seat post, etc. Have a coupled Calfee Tetra, if I sent it back to them is there something they could update to effect good (rear) brake hose routing?

Here's some clean brake hose routing on a coupled tandem. The hose runs under the top tube, under the left seatstay, then curves gently up to the seatstay-mounted brake caliper.
