Ok...so here is a pic of the bike that started the "$hitty LBS tried to pull one over on me" thread. When I have more time, I will shrink the pics and post more here.

Two names spring to mind for that bike. "Tangerine Dream" and "Orange Crush"

It's a really nice bike. Pity you had to go through suck a mess go get it. How does the deal stand now? Or should I look at the other thread for an update?
On a side-note, the cranks look a lot like the ones shown in the Ultegra catalog bike.

Looks like it has the FSA SL-K cranks on it, which do indeed have a monocoque carbon spider/arms.

Awesome bike but.....
the handlebars are too high
the sensor is on the rear of the fork instead of the front
the levers on the skewers should be pointing straight back

Ok this is the crank you are supposed to have https://www.fullspeedahead.com/fly.as...xid=21&pid=201 It looks like you got the SLK but I can't tell if it is Mega EXO or not...not a huge deal unless you got a crap ISIS BB. The bike in the photo does NOT have the stock seat post which should be this one https://www.orbea-usa.com/fly.aspx?me...duct&taxid=270 I will add that if you really got the Mavic Kysrium Elite wheels then you got a part ABOVE the Orbea spec as they spec the Equipe version of the wheel which is a couple hundred dollars LESS than the Elite. I don't know Mavic wheels all that well so I can't tell which you have from the pic. I think I might fight for the stock seat post and keep the bike but never shop there again. Tough call but a crappy situation to be in.
Oh and Ohh I like the geometry on that bike....might have to look into one when the time is right for my next bike.

Wifie of MScycler here.... I think it is Mega Exo, definitely the SLK but hard to tell if it's ME... looks like it from pics I found @ Glory cycles. Yes, they did take the zeus seat post off... we knew that when we left, but didn't throw a fit b/c they had placed Elite wheels on it instead of the Equipe ($200) diff.
All said and done though... if they had taken off all of the things they originally took off it would have been $1184.59 of parts. We only agreed to reduce the price $500 for taking off the stem and bars.Total cost for those was actually 319.80... but then we got the better wheels..soooo The bike now is as it should be for what we paid.... but we had to fight to get it that way. It's a principle issue and an ethics issue now. If we had been a little more stupid... they would have made a hell of a sale and we would be out $.
Thanks for all of the suggestions guys, it's very appreciated. Not sure why they put those spacers in there??? Noticed that but hubby has yet to actually ride the bike and make any changes himself. Hubby really deserves this toy... he is a great guy and puts up with my crapola !

Don't listen to the spacer comment; if that is the saddle to bar drop you need, then its fine. It's a sweet ride and I even test rode one and loved it myself. The geometry in the 54 was too small for me and the 57 too big so I didn't get one though.
So now when is wifey going to get a suped up ride???
