That's the Box O' Crap sticker, which you can only get if you play the Box O' Crap game
@RaleighSport (I believe) created these and put a bunch of these in the Box from time to time. Unofficial rule is you can't put it on your bike unless it actually has at least one bit from the box.

I had the Box 'O Crap here a couple of months ago and all of the little bits like the BOC decals/stickers were missing. I put a new metal box in the system, and a new plexi-glass plate on the top to protect the contents, but the small bag of messages and stickers was gone. Is it possible to create more of the stickers? Thanks for the help, Smiles, MH

Here’s my Box O’ Crap sticker on a bike.
There are no BoC parts on this bike, but you get what you ask for.
I actually have a build planned that will put almost every part I’ve gotten from the Box onto a single bike, but the intended frame was rusty, so I had to strip it down to repaint it. It’s been about three years, but I’ve got it stripped. The paint should get done in another year or two.

Based on the evidence from this thread, combined with the fact that nearly everyone who has had the BOC took one of the stickers, I bet we could put together a sizable collection just by asking everyone to pitch in.
