Free : 1989 Fuji Ace frame/fork 54cm
Any body want it? Come get it in Northern NJ, or pay shipping (if much rather not ship it). I'll get some photos up but until then a brief description.
I bought the bike new in 1989, and at the end of 93 retired it full time to a mag trainer. For the last year it had a 10 speed rear wheel jammed into it's 126 spacing but when I got a smart trainer I decided to retire it.
Despite the sweat guard, it does have some rust spots here and there. But, the paint and decals are in good shape, although the head tube badge is gone.
The headset is its original Chinese thing and has never been repacked. I stripped the derailleur hanger years ago but had it repaired by my LBS. The only catch is that I had to lock out the 11 tooth cog on the rear. I don't know if that would be a problem on a fixie or smaller number of cogs.

I would like to have it but I cannot get to north NJ for the next 2 weeks. I live on the other side of the Delaware Bay, Bethany Beach. Do you by any chance come to Delaware or Ocean City, MD beaches? I have a friend in NYC that might be willing to facilitate. Do you go into the city? When and where to pick up the frame? I also would pay for shipping, but I certainly understand why you prefer not to do that. Thanks
