High end fully chromed bike finds: a 60's Torpado and something else ???

High end fully chromed bike finds: a 60's Torpado and something else ???
I buy a lot of vintage bikes and for some reason I never stumbled on a fully chromed bike and now I find two in two days. One one them is an absolute catch , the other one not so much: well, I paid about 4X what I was expecting to pay for the bike.
The older one is a Torpado, definitely high end, the hubs say CAM 60 so it is lkely form 1960. I have no clue what model this is. It is certainly nice to see something else than the usual Campy Valentino equipped Torpados gas pipe bikes.

The other one I have no clue what it is. Seems nicely made. The headbadge is missing , making the identification difficult. The dropouts and fork ends are Campagnolo and the rear derailleur says 1970's.
I'd like some help identifying the what brand / models these are but I mostly wanted to document the bike in their ''as found'' condition. I have a nice butchered 1960's brooks saddle for the Torpado and the chrome is in fantastic shape so I'm very hopefull.

torpado is also re-branded as Garlatti. Otherwise there is a later model all-chrome torpado with long point lugs. I've seen them with and without paint, but never with NR.
Also, the badged torpado may still share some tubes with the "gas pipe" models. It certainly has the same stamping on the seat tube and similar head-lugs. Though the bullet-cap stays were replaced with a fast-back setup.

Yes the fork crown does look extremely similar. I forgot to mention the bikes came from different sellers, not at all related.

Just coming in on this one, having been linked to it from a newer Torpado thread.
The second bike is NOT a Torpado, as the serial number style and location is no match, and the seat stay/seat cluster treatment is completely different from any Torpado I've documented ... and I document each and every one I come across. I'd look to some other brand, perhaps Lygie. Lots of marques used those similar looking fork crowns and window lugs at that time, such as Atala, Olmo, Garlatti, Aquila, Willier, Lygie, and others As for one of the previous posts that mentioned Garlatti, that's the first I ever heard of Torpados being re-branded as Garlatti. Where did this idea come from? The Garlatti bikes I've seen also do not look like Torpados to me, but I'd be interested in seeing one of it does. Till then, I'm gonna have to disregard that notion. The Torpado looks very nice, but I'd say the other one looks like a nicer made frame. Both great scores!

that seatstay cap on the 2nd bike looks rather unique to me, should be fairly easy
