How about sheet metal siding, with AC DC pounding out of the stereo Thunderstruck?

yes on the sheet metal! Whatís a big piece of that stuff sound like when it blows off your truck at 60mph?

But... merely losing a piece of sheet metal isnít enough to give Stan his heart attack. This story is not yet complete.

Stan must have had a heart attack thinking about what a piece of sheet metal would do to a motorcyclist, gory or not.

So they used to whack a big piece of sheet metal to mimic thunder on TV. And a piece of flying sheet metal would decapitate the bike rider. It could have scared Stan into cardiac arrest watching that scene in the rear view mirror as the rider was killed instantly.

And that's the rest of the story. Headless Harley rider passing you on the freeway? That is some kinda heart attack material. At least in Stan's case.
