What happened to the BMC Impec?

Just came across this new $10,000 Masterpiece https://cyclingtips.com/2020/11/bmc-...ecause-it-can/ similar to my $5,000 Roadmachine01 and am wondering what happened to that Impec I saw some release 10 years ago and never saw one actually in Canada: https://cyclingtips.com/2010/07/the-bmc-impec-review/

Anyone know what actually happened?
