Thanks for that. I have actually put in some regular waterbottle cage bolts, but the nylon ones is a good idea! Have ordered some.

Incidentally, heard back from Factor on both the issues flagged:
- they are re-tooling the plugs to make them more secure
- the issue with the rear through axle was sloppiness on the part of the bike shop putting together my bike

Have updated the review accordingly.
