Team Sloth Rides Again!
RobbieTunes I have been unable to ride due to back issues, and honestly rather depressed about that. Today my daughter and I head to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch the USWNT (soccer) beat Netherlands 2-0 after 9 months of no team play. Thanks COVID-19.
I arrive home to a box on my front porch from the Bike Pros. Inside the box is "chopped liver", but from this wonderful friend, a gift of love I cannot repay (a person who knows my love of all things Paramount).
I accept your lovely token of friendship! I cannot wait to build her up, and ride her with pride! Hopefully, soon with my good friend Robbie!
Relax we will get there.

The Paramount looks too jazzy and fast for a slothy ride!

Ugh, that back pain stuff is too familiar. The past coupla months I've cut back a bit on the bike rides due to neck pain (well, from 600+ miles a month to around 400 miles), and switched to more walking. Did 8.5 miles Friday. Now my lower back and hips ache. Getting older ain't for rookies.
