I just got some latex tubes for 'em. I already had some Silca branded latex tubes (probably made by Vittoria) but they were slightly too larger in diameter for the 700x23 Soma tires. I got a set for 700x18-23 which should fit.

Under Armour Storm gloves. Didn't need another pair of winter gloves for cycling but they were only $14 at Ross or Marshall's, where I'd just bought some running shoes and figured they'd be handy for winter walking/jogging. But the soft shell thermal gloves turned out to be more comfortable than my hard shell cycling gloves.
My hands are odd and hard to fit, skinny with long fingers and longer than normal thumb. Medium width, but large to extra large in length. These fit well enough for cycling, with only a slight pinch in the web between thumb and forefinger on my old steel bike with narrow, short aero hoods, and no discomfort on my other bike with brifters and wider, softer hoods.
The liner slips a bit inside the shell, so occasionally I have to tug the material to straighten it, or just ignore the slight pressure on my hands. Not a big deal so far.
Decent wind and rain protection. I've been out several times in cold wind, and once in steady rain. Not rainproof, but good enough for anything but a downpour.
Good enough for walking/jogging in temps down to 28F, but my hands get chilled more easily on the bike so I'm comfortable with these down to the high 30s on bike rides.
Works with touch devices. But it's awkward through the thickly padded fingers.

I finally got the fit right on my SBC 6061. I swapped on a 3T -17° stem and went back to the 3T Superleggera handlebar I had laying around as the Deda Zero1 compact was definitely too shallow in the drops. Topped it off with the Cinelli Mike Giant gold bar tape. For the Lynskey, I removed the 3T Stealth stem and went with the Lynskey Ti stem.

I then tried a Thompson stem/-10° and although it almost leveled and parallel to the TT, it still wasn’t perfect.
With this -17° and 3T Superleggera, I have the fit closely mirroring what I have on the Lynskey.

Very nice! My wife's road bike looks very similar - she's about 5'-1" 8-). Different brand (Jamis), but similar "look". Like yours, she loves it. We got it to fit well (high-ish handlebars, proper length stem) and I built it with a road triple in front and MTB cassette and RD for super low gearing. The two essentials: comfortable fit and low enough gearing.
