WTD: Campagnolo Italian Head Set - Cash or Trade...

I find myself in need of a Campy Grand Sport or Nouvo Record head set, Italian threading please (sixties or seventies vintage). I have a lovely Campy head set with English threading which I can offer in trade. Or a Campagnolo bottom bracket, again English. I also have other items, even a Bianchi frame/fork set with some of the original components. Anyway, let me know if you have what I seek. Thanks.

What's the difference between english and italian campy record headsets? Just the crown race diameter? Isn't the threading interchangeable?
The threading is interchangeable. The big problem is the inside diameter of the lower cone. Campy has the larger ID that I need larger for this...

They may be interchangeable in practice after years of service but they are slightly different and it can go wrong, not likely but possible.
