Continental Gatorskins vs Grand Prix 4-Seasons?

Continental Gatorskins vs Grand Prix 4-Seasons?
Can anyone offer some comparisons of these two tires? I have the 28c 4-Seasons now but would like to try a 32c tire which is not available in the 4-Seasons.
I chose the 4-Seasons mainly for their durability. Haven't had one flat in the 1500 miles I have been using them so far.
Is the rubber softer on the 4-Seasons to make them more winter friendly? While I don't ride as much over the winter I don't stop completely.

Gatorskins definitly last longer.
Gatorskins have less traction on wet pavement but you shouldn't be pushing them hard enough to matter.
Neither one is prone to flats.

Grand Prix 4 Seasons include the Vectran Breaker... Which makes them similar to the Gatorskin Hardshell tires. Again with the Black Chilli compound.
I roll 23mm Gatorskins on my Trek Pilot 2.1 and 4 seasons in 28mm on my Surly Long Haul Trucker.
I'm not hard core enough for the four seasons to have been worth the extra money, except I got them on sale, and nobody had Hardshell Gatorskins in 28mm when I went shopping at the LBSs

Gatorskins feel like they're made of cement. They're mediocre tires. I haven't been on GP 4 Seasons, but GP 4000s might be the best clincher tires anyone makes, so if it were down to these two, I'd go with the 4 Seasons.

I chose Gatorskins for durability too, plus they ride fine on my old steel frame Panasonic.

I just recently installed Gatorskins and I like them very much. Definitely durable and roll just fine for me.

I have run Ultra Gatorskins and GP 4 seasons in the 23mm size. Tiz' a U-Pick-Um, they might as well be the same tire.
