Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

You can never have enough red.. 😉

Actually I'm converting to tubeless with Continental 5000 tires. No more red walls

And the red computer. And the red tipped bottle cages. Trying too hard at that point.

Looks like the front brake cable might be a tad short

She's traveled the country, won more races than I can count, and is responsible for at least 200 "Uh Oh" emails. The only original equipment is the frame/fork (seatpost was warrantied twice), shifters, and front derailleur. Potato-quality pic.

I think it could easily be hot. Black tape and cables, black Williams decals or no wheel decals, no gumwalls, two normal cages, no camera thingy.

Maybe keep the Williams decals because of the crazy fork. Sweet bike. Looks fast.

At the time I was building that frame, I put some pics up in so so light. People couldn't tell if it was blue or purple. Listed in the brochure as Iris. So I took it outside with the spark plug and tube boxes for color reference. Still can't tell. It's blue-purple or purple-blue. When the Trek I quoted gets out in the sun, that paint will sparkle.

Here's a idea. Has anyone given thought to a hot bike battle thread? Similar to a rap battle with 2 bikes going head to head. Maybe even a bracket/tourney mode during the NCAA BB tourney season. I would check it each day and vote for the winner.
