New Bike Dilemma Fuji Gran Fondo vs Gran Fondo Classico

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Nice bike - Congrats!
I think the GF is a great bike for the money. I sold mine on, but was impressed by the ride quality - mine was a 2012, and they've updated the frame since then, so I'd imagine it is even better.
Enjoy!

The combination of larger tires, full carbon frame, and anti vibration tech makes the ride very smooth, yet still fairly athletic feeling ad well. I've taken it on a few rides now and plan on a longer one this weekend.

That's way sexy. I actually like that color combo also! Have fun and ride the wheels off of it!

The colors are actually much better in person than what they look like on the website - they are lighter looking.

Now I just need longer days so I get get some long rides in!

Love a good Fuji, congrats on the purchase. You can absolutely remove those decals with a regular hair dryer, just might take a few more seconds.

Sorry for the noob question but what’s the thinking behind suggesting to remove the rim decals? Is it just for aesthetics or is there another reason?

I’m a relatively inexperienced rider but have just ordered a GF 2.1 today! Have to wait a week before it comes in. Can’t wait.

Thanks.
