How about an indoor trainer forum?
Nothing could be better than riding the trainer in the garage, huh?

Throw the stick!!!!
You are welcome to post it in the forum suggestions. I can save you some time though, probably not going to happen.

Me thinks an outdoor riding through the snowy winters forum would be a hell of a lot more interesting. Riding indoors simply sucks. Period.

Riding the trainer is like pooping out a monstrously large, hard turd:
Everyone does it at some point, it hurts really bad, no one else wants to be in the room while you are doing it, and certainly no one really wants to talk about it.
Oh, and it takes about 45 minutes.

I quite enjoy riding the trainer in the garage. I leave the door open so I can watch the people that actually have a life go by.

I think I would rather deposit that turd. Major news though. We have been having a pretty serious winter storm with low temps and high winds as well as a fair amount of snow. The roads are terrible out in the country so I road the trainer for an hour and a half. First time on it in almost two years. Now that is a record I am proud of.

Here you go ... it's not a forum, but it is a sticky in the Training and Nutrition forum:
https://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...Weight-Lifting
And there is a outdoor riding through the snowy winters forum called "Winter Cycling".

There's not really much to talk about. It sucks. That covers at least 90% right there.

I rode 2 hours on the trainer last Saturday, 1.5 hours Wednesday, and 1 hour yesterday. It's not like riding outside, but it beats not riding.
I'm getting to the point where I love having my trainer. Remember the key word: TRAINER. It implies you are training...as opposed to RIDING. Sorry to be M.O.T.O., but there you have it.
