SOLD Arai rear drum brake for tandems - $85 shipped

SOLD Took this brake off my 1990 Burley Tandem that used Suntour Superb hubs. Is in great condition and has lots of meat left on the shoes. Also comes with the small bits to connect cable to the drum. Recommend using a separate lever to activate the drum brake rather than the dual cable lever that came with the original setup( I have the Modolo levers in another ad) only 85.00 shipped in the US.

Is your Arai drum brake still for sale? If so, I'm interested in putting it on my 1980 Melton tandem with a threaded Phil Wood hub. We live in steep country so I haven't been content with having just the cantilever brakes.

Thanks for replying. I recently found another source for an Arai brake - it was attached to an inexpensive tandem, which I had hoped to resell once I removed the drum brake. Those plans were foiled by the tandem having a hopelessly stuck seat post. Oh well, at least I have the brake and a wheelset out of it.

I still have these Arai Drum parts, as well as the Modolo brake levers for dual cables and the Suntour XC Pederson cantilever brakes as well.
