Look's great, I was just thinking about your garage the other day and was going to see how things were coming along. If that was my bike haven I wouldn't leave the place!

One thing about a snow blower: when there's good snow on the ground, the snow blower needs to be taken out BEFORE the car.

It looks like one of those tiny houses. The stone work looks great.

But now that I see it I like it, but I still think you have more building or a prefab shed in your future.

Beautiful spot to hang out and wrench on bikes!
Hows the inside coming along?
I know that white paint supposedly makes interior spaces seem bigger but I would consider non white paint for the walls to give the space some character.

Dang. I'm glad you are not a neighbor. I can't keep up with work like that. Awesome.

impressive.
The shed dormer roof is a clever solution to a bit more volume and light.
I would only have placed a lintel like piece over the garage door header.
There are a number of remodels near me with two car garage doors with decorative bricks over the header and it just looks... weird.
Single car like this gets away with it.
Where is the flue for the pot belly stove to warm the place?

As a craftman myself, i say well done
as others have said, a tool shed will add a bit more
other options, depending on your city bylaws is a semi enclosed carport for the car
did both for a friend

Congrats and best of luck on your new space! When you are ready I feel your creative side will come thru and you will find the right place to put everything. Don't get frustrated if you find yourself redoing your space three and four times.

Thanks all. It comes out to about 50% of the inside width being car and 50% being empty space. I can make that work for what I need.
Inside is about 30% insulated but I need to run some electrical (potlights) before finishing the insulation and drywalling. We are going with white because according to the wife there are two wall colour options. White and white.

This is what I did in my garage, these are very nice and they help swing the bikes back toward the wall so they take up far less space. Steadyracks. I use the racks for bikes with fenders for my road bikes as they work better with the narrower road wheels. The rear wheel sits off the ground as well, and it makes it super simple for my wife to just roller her bikes in and out of the racks.

Congrats. Great job satisfying city "rules" to increase your home's value while adding versatile space. Don
