Depends how you define "nice". Found some very scenic routes in the Hudson Bend/Lake Travis area, but A) most were heavily-trafficked with narrow or no shoulder at all; and B) the terrain is very punchy, lots of short steep hills that you come upon suddenly so no way to generate momentum going into them.
