Aw man, it's been hard enough waiting since I was set on getting a green frame. Now I notice Bikesdirect has added purple to their selections - but it won't ship till August! Anyone know if Bike Island will have the purple frame too? **** now I have to decide if purple is worth another 3 months.

Any thoughts on the Selle San Marco? Nashbar has them for a great price and I'm looking for a red saddle, so this could fit the bill.

For that price, who much cares?
It looks good, and it's hella cheap.
I'm gonna pop one on my roadie and see how it compares to my Fizik Aliante.

Is the Weinnman DP-18 (36H's) a decent upgrade for the stock 2006 OEM Kilo wheels?

we still need a pic of this purple bike. im considering a kilo tt but i cant order a color i have never seen.
at least for me, purple is one of those colors that, depending on the shade, is either really nice or really ugly.

With the other Kilos and fixed rides that BF offers (The Hour, The Messenger), I have been very happy with the colours. That new lavender Messenger is particularly awesome. I have a pretty good feeling that BF will make the purple Kilo look pretty nice too.*
