Bay Bridge Toll to bike path?
Some of the AC Transit transbay lines stop eastbound at the Bay Bridge Toll stop. Google Maps suggests I can get to the bike path by bike from there.
Is that true? No lanes of traffic to cross?

From a westbound bus though you'd have to get off earlier and work your way through the industrial streets to the trail. Not too bad on a weekend.

If you want a longer ride - you can start at the Ikea in Emeryville. The F or the J stop there. Can't remember which one. It is also a straight-forward stop too. Just cross at the crosswalk and you are there on the trail. The F runs at off-peak hours.

Yes! It is definitely weird. If you take the F bus or the J, they both let out near Ikea. I think they both come to the same stop, if not, the J gets pretty close. And of course you can take the ferry and come up from the West to the Bay Bridge. Also, the F runs off peak, all day and weekends.
