bearing size for campy hubs

A lot of folks recommend changing the bearings when you grease/service the hubs and I want to get on board. I use mirage/veloce level hubs from the mid 90's but haven't been able to find any literature or specs identifing the precise bearing sizes. They appear to measure 3/16 inch for the front hub; and 7/32 and 1/4 for the rear. Does anyone know if this is correct ? Is there some more precise metric size I should be looking for ?

Also does anyone know what grade I should buy ?
