Off the Stationary. On a New Bike.

Pulled the trigger on a Felt VR40 yesterday. My closest LBS is 115 miles away so didn't get back in time to get on and go. Took it out this morning on a short getting to know you ride. First time clipped to a bike. Took a route that had several stops so I could practice. Only had time for 4 miles. Just long enough to get warmed up good.

new bikes are always fun, enjoy the ride and the views! Take pics so you can look back on them at a later date. Also gives me a good reason to stop and take a quick break or coffee.

BTW, we like bike porn here. I have a older Felt F4 that is a fun ride, I'm sure the VR40 is a joy too

Thanks, guys. Here is the Green Hornet, fresh off a quick 6 mile ride the last 2 of which were into the teeth of a 20 mph wind.....
