Handlebar change - shifter / Brake Cabling
My hybrid currently has a 660mm wide handlebar. If I change to a wider handlebar - 720mm, will I have to re-adjust the brakes (V-brakes) and shifter cables or will the settings remain the same? Not a big deal,of course, to make adjustments, but I'm just curious. Thanks.

If your cables are long enough to use you should not need to make any adjustments (that is how Bowden cables work), but wider bars may require replacement with longer cables and housings. You can check by moving the controls further out on your present bars, to correspond with their positions on the new ones.
