If you watch the video in slo mo from like 3:40 you will see the camera switch from Justin's view to Corys and back a few times. Coming out of the second to last corner (I think) it is clear by 4:00 that Stewart (#99) had established position on Justin's wheel and his leadout train. Cory's KHS teammates had lost their leadout moments before and are not even in the picture. From 4:03 to 4:09 the camera view is from Justin then switches back to Cory at 4:10 to capture the crash right behind Justin. At that point the KHS rider from Mexico hip checks Stewart in what appears to me to be a super aggressive move to steal Justin's wheel for Cory's leadout. It's hard to know for sure how the KHS rider got next to Stewart because we don't have Cory's view from 4:03 to 4:09 which would clearly show what led to the crash. May be a good reason he did not include that in the video? Either way, I guess that is bike racing. No doubt Stewart is a strong dude but he also almost crashed at 0:58 bumping into Justin. Sketch fest out there.

In the Pro/1 race? I mean, the answer is always 'it depends', but in a sprint showdown like they had at the end, probably not great. My understanding is that the Williams bros are putting out something like 1800w in a fresh sprint, so maybe 1400-1500 at the end of a race? At the speeds they're starting from, the jump won't matter as much as the top speed I imagine. I'd think that if you get into a breakaway you probably could do alright. E.g. this video from San Dimas Stage Race crit where a 115lb rider wins from a break of 5 (Cat 2, but still):

Not good. There is a reason small guys do good in the hills and big guys do well in TTs, sprints, and crits in general. Raw power. 350W FTP > 300W FTP.

I get what you are saying, but in a P1 NCC race a sub 300W FTP will be lucky to hang in the pack. IMO. Of course, every crit is different and also depends on your VO2/AC rinse and repeat recovery ability.

Seems oddly specific. Justin, is that you??

Either way it's silly to ponder, or worse argue, how someone with xyz numbers would do in abc race.

talking from experience if you are a lightweight it's always going to be rough in flat windy courses. but as always: "it depends"

Easier to hide behind larger riders, nowhere near as unflappable when exposed. Honestly riding in wind is a skill as much as an element of physical size.

they tested the watts saved for different positions, and apparently riding in the hoods vs drops vs getting low in the drops can save you 50W or something. but that's in the wind. the effect is probably diminished in the pack

Non-sanctioned charity race. This was my first race that I have been in where my interest was entirely my teammate's results. I was going to sacrifice for him. I'm 95% sure had I been looking for my own interests I would have won, but that wasn't the point of this. Also this video is done as homage to @CarpeDiemRacing 's sprinterdellacasa vids with captioned comments throughout. No music though.

Are those Mike's Bikes guys pretty cool? I know they're a full-on legit team, but do they race like that or do they get a bit nefarious at times?

They're generally cool yeah. Annoying because they're so good, and generally control the race. But I can't blame them for doing that!

Or do you mean the Herbalife guys (the one who jammed up on us trying to squeeze through at 0:30)? Those guys are actually cooler - more tattoos, more jokes, less serious. Fwiw he apologized after the race for pulling that (and other stunts).

To summarize:
Mike's: crashed at the end
Herbalife: sketchy during the race, but generally nice/cool
