Hydration during the time of Covid-19

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

However, I've been finding that the two water bottles that I take with me have not been sufficient for my rides, and all the water fountains are turned off because of corona. I was wondering how you guys would suggest I take extra water with me. Hydration packs make my back hurt, but I was thinking maybe I should use one of the behind-the-seat triathlon water cages. Any thoughts or other ideas? Thanks in advance guys.
drink 1L justbefore leaving for your ride

Took a picture of my tanker truck this morning. That's over a gallon of water on the frame.
