I had this exact same set of calipers with the same 160mm adapter on another bike. Is there a different flat mount adapter?

Maybe a dumb question, but is it a 160mm rotor?

So in the event you are trying to get the wheel mounted on the bike, then possibly you aren't feeding it correctly into the chain and holding the derailleur in the proper position. I'm sure some know the sweet spot on where to push the wheel to get the derailleur to move out of the way in a fluid motion. Since I just got disc brakes, I haven't figured that out yet.

As already ask, are you certain of the rotor size?

Sorry guys. This fork has an adjustable rake and came with spacers and extra long caliper bolts. I overlooked them.
