Back Again
Been away from the forums for a while, and bike riding slowed a bit. Gained a lot of weight. Stressful new job with long commute that was not conducive to biking as previous one was.
Retired a year ago and pretty quickly dropped sixty pounds (Still well in the Clyde zone) Started riding more again but started to slow down and get fatigued easily. Early February underwent 4xCABG, and tomorrow plan on my first ride post surgery. Part of my recovery will be rejoining the community here.
