I have an Ebike (Vado 3.0) which I commute on (3.5m each way)... but as my office will be even closer to my home (2.5m each way) by the end of the summer, I may start commuting on my new (to me) Rans V-Rex 2005 recumbent... It uh does not have pedal assist... (yet?) LOL.
The range of motion of biking is good for me. I am middleaged, and too heavy... from just west of Boston so like to see that local thread is hoppin'!
