D'Arienzo Frame
Research I have done online says these were made by Basso. Guy wants $185 for both of these.
Opinions, thoughts?

I know nothing about these. Any frame in That condition, made with Columbus tubing, has to be worth more then $92.50. I'd take a chance and buy them, figured out that they are later.

No joke.
Dropouts indeed stamped Basso. Frames are 49 cm and 52 cm. Picture above does not do them justice. They are both gorgeous. There are many cool details. Brake bridge has chrome on the rear facing. There are many d' Arienzo signatures as well. Chromed lugs on the head tube. Chrome on both is near perfect. Columbus tubing, Acciaio Speciale on this decal. Cicli is on the head tube decal along with the stylized "D".
The 52 shows no evidence of ever being built up. 49 has a few nicks and scrapes. Research I did shows these were private labeled for a bike store chain out of Florida. Link to a Velospace entry, https://velospace.org/node/41326
49 frame will be up for sale soon, probably on e-bay. Will start collecting period correct Campy components to build the 52.
Again, any help on history or insight on these frames would be helpful.
Thanks,
Mike
