I'd either try contacting Fuji directly or a local shop that carries Fuji and go from there.

Fuji essentially owns Performance now, so might be a good place to go if you have one nearby.

What do you mean by "dropout plates"?
If you mean the brazed in frame ends themselves, post on the frame builders forum because those are the guy that deal with frame parts on a regular basis.

Steel dropout inserts. They're bolted into the trackends. Pretty common on aluminum track frames.

Yes, but the OP offered very little by way of information.
Of course, someone could look up the bike, see that it's aluminum, and maybe even that it has parts.
OTOH - people asking for help could provide details to make it easy go give them the info they need.

Thanks, I guess that's my only option is to contact them since my lbs didn't have any. A friend recently gave me his 08 Fuji track frame, and was looking to build it up, but noticed the dropout plates were gone, along with the bolts.
