Coach was one of two USA riders in 60+. He said he got shelled.
UCI wants these guys to all wear matching country jerseys - even thought they never met each other.

...there are qualification races around the world. Go, finish pretty well and you are in. You have to be pretty good and willing to travel. See the 13 qualifier events here: Denmark 2015

For juniors - country decides and country must qualify. I can add more details, but I don't think juniors was what you were asking about.

Looks like he overlapped wheels - his front wheel ended up inside the next guy's rear wheel.

The first few corners of the course look interesting. I wish we had more "regular" crit courses close to home. I haven't been able to make it to the nicer races, MA, NH, NY, NJ.

Guy in blue, Nick, is a solid cat 1 - I asked him on Saturday wtf happened and he blamed it on someone in front of him freaking out b/c of the lip between the gutter & the asphalt.

Not to say that cat 1's can't do stupid ****, because they do it all the time, but I believe him.

What's sad is that I had a foot down and was basically not crashing until someone ran in to me from behind!

I know were are arguing, but I am open to some worlds thing outside of Denmark where amateurs compete. I don't know where outside of juniors and Denmark. Would you please give a link.

Giro di SF crit from yesterday:

Getting the data overplayed is too much trouble, so just a few notes.

It had fast parts, and slow parts.

Makes sense, looking at the photo, it seems there were quite a few guys very close to the curb.

Late to post but worth it. Exciting end to the crit season for me anyway.

You'll notice I give guys way too much space. I tried to show why in the edit, but I got myself too far back in the group early with sketchy guys but did manage to move up late just in time. You'll see.

You really need to work hard on your cornering. Go out and practice it in a parking lot. Start taking a corner faster and faster.

...sucks about the crash.
