A few months ago I picked up a NOS Treviso frame from a guy in Cali. I started building it while playing the waiting game for a matching fork. Mostly NR parts. Eventually I found a fork in Oregon and just finished it up this morning.

Great bike jmalton9! Why so many spacers? Perhaps that frame came with a chromed fork originally, but I like the painted fork best.

Regarding my bike.
Is there a recommended way to remove the last remnants of the PINARELLO on the DT and ST?
And...
What is a good source for replacement decals, or as a friend of mine would remind me that they went on after paint so they are stickers.

@jmalton9 - Congrats on an ulikely find! I once thought of looking for a fork for my Colnago and actually found one but the steerer was too short. It was freshly chromed too! Beartiful bike! Love the Red!
Dispite starting this thread, I really am having debates in my head about having Dura Ace instead of Campagnolo on the bike. I may have to start collecting parts! I picked this up last night so still a work in progress. It's a Treviso and I'm guessing 1985 or so.
It came with a Mavic SSC groupset.
The RD needs some parts:
I was planning to swap all the parts with Campy Record 9 but I'll see if I can complete the Mavic set first.

@Bindapogs - Nice bike! Mine has that pearl like finish but it has gone south. I still think of replacing the 8spd DA for Campy but keep running into the $ wall!

That is how I ID'd both of mine. At least I was able to narrow down the years and ID the paint scheme with model. BTW Trevisio is the town where they are built and the name is on nearly every bike. Yes there is a model Trevisio, but, IIANM (If I Am Not Mistaken), often the bike is actually a different model and may not have a decal stating which it is.

It's true that it would be better with Campagnolo, but the Mavic group is really very good material.
The best would be kept Mavic group for another bike (french bike) and purchase a Campagnolo group for the Pinarello.
The problem is always money.
