Pain in lower arm by elbow

Last year I was suffering from right wrist tfcc pain which worked itself away. This year my left arm under my elbow where I can feel flex when squeezing dumbbell grips (duplicating sti's) hurts when extended. Is there an excercise you guys do to eliminate this pain?

I had pain right in that area (not sure if it is exactly what you have) and had to have PRP injected (pallet rich plasma to treat tendinopathy) to facilitate healing.

Bend your arms when you ride. Don't lock your elbows.

Good advice.

Surprisingly, at the first of this year I found myself riding with my elbows locked and had pains similar to the OP's. Getting more relaxed with slight bend and getting off the top of the bars to the drops more often helped eliminate that pain.

Yeah I find I am riding the hoods and locking my left arm trying to keep my right wrist loose

Or he's not doing it right. In any case, he needs to describe the pain.
