I think Billy is showing a bit of... ummm... lack of knowledge about LX in cycling. LX is, after all, a level in Shimano MTB groupsets. I have several shifters and cranks at LX level.

That Takata recall thing made me glad I got rid of my old Accord. Not sure if it specifically was one of the recall models, but it was a '99 sedan and it spent its entire life in Miami so it was exposed to high heat/humidity and salt air on a regular basis, which were the exact circumstances that led to the increased likelihood of explosions in the affected cars.
