Are you spamming the list by selling this on eBay and listing it here? If you are, this is a crummy price for a swaged crank. You can do a lot better than this for a $100.

True enough, that being said it is a rather bulletproof setup despite being swaged.

Fair enough as to both points but not a great price at $100.

At least it's a big improvement over the original 3-bolt Sugino Maxy with the noninterchangeable outer ring.

I do have long stack bolts and spacers if anyone wants to convert this one to a triple, either 52-42-36 provided or perhaps another combination, if you can find an appropriate ring or two.

Simply putting the word 'Eroica' in there will drive me away every time.
I see no swaging there.

+1 agreed, I rarely pay $100 for a good example of the "Mighty" Sugino Super/Mighty Competition, IMHO easily one of if not the best in business.

How many of you have seen the 3 bolt Rene-Herse=ish version of the Maxy? It was a 70's thing. A friend of mine of many years ago bought an Alex Singer that had those on it from the shop--maybe Singer didn't want to put a Rene Herse crank on one of his bikes? They could be set up as a double with (I think) down to a 30 tooth small ring.

No worries, you can also see it's a 2 piece from the seam at the arm and spider.

Nothing wrong with this if done right which Sugino does.
